ONCE ACCEPTED, THESE TERMS OF SERVICE, IN COMBINATION WITH OUR PRIVACY POLICY AND ANY ADDITIONAL AGREEMENTS, BECOME A BINDING LEGAL COMMITMENT BETWEEN YOU (OR THE BUSINESS ENTITY YOU REPRESENT) AND HIGH LEVEL DOCS.If you do not agree to these terms, do not access or use the platform.High Level Docs reserves the right to make changes to these Terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately when posted. Your continued use of the platform constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

1. Use of Services

If you are a parent or legal guardian permitting a minor (aged 13-17) to use the platform, you assume responsibility for supervising their use.1.2. 3. Payment

3.1. Fees: All subscription and service fees must be paid promptly. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Cancellation of subscription may be requested at any time. Access to service will end at time of monthly renewal after cancellation request is made. 3.2. Taxes: You are responsible for all applicable taxes related to your use of the platform.3.3. Overdue Payments: High Level Docs may suspend or terminate services for overdue accounts.

4. Intellectual Property

High Level Docs retains all rights to the platform and associated content. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to access and use the platform as intended.

5. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. High Level Docs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

6. Termination

High Level Docs reserves the right to terminate accounts for violations of these Terms. Users may cancel their accounts with written notice.
